So I started the day off with buyers by hiking in knee deep snow over 40 acres that is for sale in the area with a massive pond and completely surrounded by crown land, yet only 45 minutes from kelowna, only $249,000 ... its not sold yet, so if it sounds interesting ask me about it.

I am also a huge fan of the Yurt .... they can be used as cabins or houses ... they are year round, can be plumbed, wired or setup on solar ... they can have wood stoves and all the comforts or home ...
