Well its mid Nov and snow is starting to come and go through the Kootenay Boundary area of BC (Grand Forks, Greenwood, Midway, Rock Creek, Westbridge, Christian Valley, Carmi and Bridesville) it can happen fast in the area so if you're coming out to look at rural properties for sale, such as farms, ranches, and other homes in the area please check your road conditions first and make sure you have good winter tires on your vehicle.
