How Commissions Works:

When you SELL a property … a commission is paid to the Realtor who Lists your property ... that Realtor then takes the divides that same commission into various parts ... some money goes to the Realtor who sold the property ... some money goes to the Realtor who referred the Buyers .... and some money is kept by the Realtor who actually listed the property … all monies paid out to any Realtor comes from the original Realtor who listed the property.

So if you are BUYING a property you don't pay anything other then the price of the property … as all commissions are paid out by the seller to the Realtor who has the property listed that you are buying.
