-turn on the Ingram Mountain Road off of Hwy 3 east of Rock Creek
-stay on the Ingram Mountain Road as it climbs the mountain on the curvey gravel road
(DO NOT turn right onto the Ingram Creek Road at the first fork around the 5 km marker)
-continue along the Ingram Mountain Road to just past the 7 km marker
-at the fork stay straight and you are now on the Ingram-Creek West FSR
(DO NOT go to the right)
-in about 1/2 a km TURN LEFT at the Cattle Guard sign, this is now the Bubar Creek FSR
(DO NOT stay straight)
-stay on the main road for about 1 km and then turn LEFT on the Bubar 900
-stay on this landing (DO NOT turn onto the Bubar 210)
-watch out for some wash out on the right hand side of the road as you climb one of the rougher hills
-when you come to the range area OPEN & CLOSE the wire gate and watch out for the BULL
-you then will come to an old metal gate with a for sale sign OPEN & CLOSE this gate
-you are now on the property in the north / east corner for the most part
